Inntelo AI wants to drag hospitality technology out of the dark ages.

The London‑based start‑up raised over Ā£506 k in pre‑seed funding, led by Haatch, British Business Investments, Look AI Ventures and several angels. The company previously secured an initial cheque from accelerator Antler, bringing total backing to roughly Ā£600 k.

Inntelo was founded by former hotelier Asif Alidina, who says the hospitality sector still relies on spreadsheets, email threads and under‑powered chatbots.

Its product suite includes an AI Concierge that answers guest queries via voice, chat or social media, translating messages and automating room‑service requests. A unified messaging hub lets staff monitor all channels in one place and assign tasks, while an AI dashboard surfaces actionable insights like which amenities guests request most often.

The platform integrates with leading property‑management systems so hotels can automate billing and inventory. Funds from this round will be used to scale sales and marketing, deepen integrations and develop new modules for digital ordering and housekeeping. Alidina sees AI‑driven concierge services as a way to cut routine workload and free up staff for personalised hospitality.

Industry investors are watching closely. Look AI Ventures partner TomÔŔ Lednický calls Inntelo the ā€œAI assistant every hospitality manager needs.ā€ Haatch and British Business Investments say the capital provides a bridge to international expansion and a larger seed round next year.

Inntelo is already piloting its platform with boutique hotels in London and Dubai, aiming to prove that AI can both enhance guest satisfaction and boost margins.

And that's a wrap! Tune in for Tuesday deep-dives & Sundays breakfast roundups.
